Important Dates

Opt Out of the Settlement by
Tuesday, December 15, 2026
If you opt out, you will not be bound by the terms of the Settlement and you keep the right to sue the Defendants about the claims resolved by this Settlement. You will not receive any benefits from the Settlement. You must mail your Opt-Out Request to the Settlement Administrator so that it is postmarked no later than December 15, 2026.
Object to the Settlement by
Tuesday, December 15, 2026
If you do not opt out of the Settlement, you may object to it and tell the Court what you do not like about it. You may also ask the Court for permission to speak about your objection at the Final Approval Hearing. You must file with, or mail, your written objection to the Court no later than December 15, 2026. You must also mail a copy of your written objection to Class Counsel, Defendants’ Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator so that it is postmarked no later than December 15, 2026.
Submit a Claim Form by
Wednesday, December 30, 2026
You must submit your Claim Form online by December 30, 2026 or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked no later than December 30, 2026.
Attend the Final Approval Hearing
Month XX, 2027
You may ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the Settlement, at your own expense. See Question 21 for more details. The Settlement Website will be updated once the Court has set a date for the Final Approval Hearing.

This Settlement Website is authorized by the Court, supervised by counsel for the Parties, and controlled by the Settlement Administrator approved by the Court. This is the only authorized Settlement Website for this case.
